The Brief

Silver Service Real Estate (SSRE) after ten years of business wanted to reestablish themselves in the market. They came to Digital White Space because they were looking to increase their digital presence and wanted to be more present online.

Silver Service Real Estate was looking for a new website which was easy to manage and easy to use for clients and property managers. The new website needed to be user friendly, easy to navigate and fit for purpose. SSRE needed to be found easily and SEO optimised, they needed a platform where users could easily navigate themselves to browse new properties and also reflect the care that they take in managing and managing client portfolios. There was a time pressure of only a few months to build and create launch the new website.


In order to deliver on the client’s goals, Digital White Space began with their Discovery phase to understanding all the clients objectives, then Customer mapping from landlords, tenants, supplier through to all the stakeholders. This approach underpinned the development of  the brand strategy and proposition. Brought together in an integrated Marketing Strategy and all rolled out all the digital and creative assets and brand creative. Digital White Space used the appropriate language to communicate the brands essence and bring to life the brand’s ideology and ethos. The brand story to live via a range of Videos, Photography, Social Media, Website and the Launch of the Brand.
Digital White Space took an approach of creating a brand story to support the engagement with the target market and then brought this to life across a variety of powerful channels and methods. Creating an easy to navigate and easy to manage and maintain a website that provided a clear OVP (Online Value Proposition).

  • Re-arranged content inline with users requirements, easily directing users to the view properties within only two clicks.

  • From a brand perspective, we utilised vibrant graphical images, colours to enhance the appearance with creative backgrounds and relevant images on the hero slider
