Setting up new business, need marketing and would like some direction for a website and communications plan.

Our Approach

Reviewed the competitors, landscape, defined objectives, customer mapping, defined the value proposition. Developed a strategic marketing & Integrated communications plan. Defined what their unique selling point was and how to best communicate this, really challenging the norm in the industry. The style of creative was paramount to success, which was enhanced by the use and type of media.Focusing heavily on digital, traditional, industry and social media then worked with the directors to roll out and manage long term.

Website; built with SEO principles,boasting a  blog, direct feed from Real Estate portals, secure concierge service for landlords and tenants to access information. The site was developed to be functional, informative and beautiful, highlighting the lifestyle in areas, automated listings from Real estate media/portals through to social media channels.
